I come from a small town in North Maharashtra and have always been highly competitive, driving me to work hard.

My entrepreneurial journey began at 12 under my father’s guidance, managing our medical shop as a salesperson. He taught me to interact with customers and dealers, shaping my business acumen and leadership skills.

Since childhood, I was studious and deeply passionate about music. At 10, I started learning musical instrument (Harmonium), finding peace in my 1.5-hour music classes. This habit of pursuing a hobby still helps me rejuvenate and return to work with fresh ideas.

Managing finances early on made me understand profitability, and my experiences helped me become an open-minded leader.

When I came to Pune from my village to complete by graduation and later post graduation, my father always ensured to give me money post I give him the spend analysis.

Now I know, he actually helped me to learn how to manage, spend and save money. This is where I captured management skills and getting ways to overcome future drawbacks by planning your spend ahead of the time knowing what you are going to get.

We were good financially but he insisted me to earn my own pocket money making me independent from the age of 20. I used to run my own classes and also teach in the college where I was doing my post graduate. It was a learning curve that made me to take any challenges head on.

Having spend a decade of time with various fortune 500 companies, managing various roles right from an independent contributor to managing teams ranging from 10 to 100 and learnt at every role and stage of the life.

In my life, I am very fortunate with God’s grace to meet people and mentors who helped me to grow faster, then helped me to take roles those are larger than my experience, always backed me to get there and delivering it to my best!

With various companies like Siemens, Kanbay (now CapGemini), Barclays, I have always been a performer and have always ensured delivering beyond expectations. I realized from day one that “there is no shortcut to hard work. Things will pay off if you attempt it with hard work and sincerity

In 2012, I started my first company with a mentor and partner, driven by a simple philosophy—solve a problem, big or small, but ensure it has value.

The journey was incredible, exposing me to all sides of entrepreneurship. While working on GradMener, I met two young developers revamping our website. Over coffee, their idea fascinated me, leading to my first investment in SpeedyPandit. Later, as a Digital Transformation Expert in Dubai, I met an entrepreneur with sharp business acumen, sparking my mentorship with PivotPie.

My third investment came during a Pune-Nasik drive with a doctor batchmate whose idea intrigued me. I instantly joined his journey. Over 22 years, I’ve met mentors, entrepreneurs, and friends, gaining insights from both success and failure. Some ventures thrived, some didn’t, but each experience sharpened my understanding of what’s right, wrong, and truly valuable in business

I am happily married to my beautiful wife, Nita, who is not only my life partner but also my biggest source of inspiration.

She is incredibly intelligent, holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science, and constantly amazes me with her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Her ability to balance work, family, and personal passions is truly admirable.

Together, we have been blessed with two wonderful sons, Rishab and Reeyansh, who bring immense joy and meaning to our lives. Every day, they teach me something new—whether it’s their fresh outlook on life, their fearless approach to challenges, or their boundless curiosity. Watching them grow and explore the world reminds me of how quickly time flies.

Honestly, I already feel old trying to keep up with their energy and ever-evolving perspectives!
